What information do you need to get us setup?

Do you have new hire forms?

Our HR software has all of the necessary new hire forms when you utilize online onboarding for your employees.  If you need the paper version, you can find our standard set of new hire forms here. These include the Federal W4, IA W4, Form I-9 and a direct deposit form. Check out this blog for more information in regards to other documents you may want new hires to sign during the onboarding process.

How long do I need to keep payroll information?

The general rule for keeping most payroll-related information is between 3 and 5 years. The length of time that you need to keep records for could be different based on the state you are in or the type of records you have. For a more detailed listing, please visit our blog on record retention.
